First did business with Crencor in 2022. Bought a "hard to find" truck after searching entire state of TN for what I wanted. They brought one in from Texas that was exactly what I needed. On 3/30/24 I went to look at a vehicle I was interested in.The salesman that sold the vehicle Johnny Perro was great and professional during this process.He explained the vehicle,let us test drive,and wen in.The salesman that sold the vehicle Johnny Perro was great and professional during this process.He explained the vehicle,let us test drive,and went over paperwork with me and my fiancee .My fiancee made sure to ask about warranty for the vehicle and he said that would be fine and we had 30 days to return the vehicle. I explained that when I got my settlement check I would be back to get the vehicle and had to pay 1k to hold the vehicle.When we went to pick up the vehicle 4/4/24 4k paid in all at this point and the fluids were not topped off or washed like promised.I was just getting off work so I said it was fine made sure to ask was there other issues and was told no just needed a oil change.Mr Perro was not there this day.The next couple days the oil light came on and I finally got an appointment with the Dodge dealership and found out that this vehicle has had a major oil leak and other issues.I tried contacting them right there on 4/27/24 and they kept saying someone will call back,never did.On 4/29/24 I called multiple times and same thing someone would call back. I got off work at 4 with no answer and decided to go up there. The manager Mr Sailing said he didnt call back because he had a migraine and he was not willing to assist. My fiancee explained with her employment rules and regulations are a dealership is supposed to have a service repair shop and he said they dont inspect high mileage vehicles then turned around and said they dont inspect vehicles they just put them on the lot. There are employees that stated they dont have anyone to look at the vehicles before they are put on the lot. .The asst manager Brennan Sailing was very rude, nonchalant, and a crook because warranty was supposed to be placed on the vehicle as stated to us. More
