I had to wait again. This time the finance manager presented me with a $26,000 deal on a 2015 used vehicle. (another surprise. I rejected the deal. I was then told to wait, let him get the key for me to take it with me. I said no and started to leave. I was then asked to put some money on it because someone else was looking at it? Deal not fullfilled.. I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorrento. I thought the deal was a good one until I was given only 1 set of keys. 100000 miles Crain commitment Thought I had power train 100,000 mile warranty. But at 70,000 had a sensor in transmission going out and they will not uphold warranty cause I didn't Thought I had power train 100,000 mile warranty. Never buy or service from here Bought brand new car right off of show room floor. We are not happy with the car at all or the service department. The car only has 30,000 miles on it and both wheel bearings sound like they are going out. Took it to have it checked out and they claim the tires are bad which I have rotated every 5,000 miles. I have owned many vehicles in the last 25 years and never once have the tires wore out in 20,000 miles. I would assume there is a problem with something in the front end of the car if the tires aren't bad which I have checked myself and didnt see issues with the tire like they said. More
