He took some info over then phone and allowed me to complete my application over the phone while I was at work. We texted and emailed a few times throughout the day and by the time I was ready to head to the dealership, he was ready for me, with a car pulled up to the front and already had an offer ready for me to sign. It was a zero pressure, zero stress, zero anxiety purchase. I h e never had a more relaxing car buying experience.
