Service was performed in the time frame that was promised. I was not happy with my service several months ago, not that the service was bad. It was taking a long time and I could see that nobody was working o I was not happy with my service several months ago, not that the service was bad. It was taking a long time and I could see that nobody was working on the car. The car was in plain view from where I was sitting. When I asked about it, the service adviser said he would check and then he came back and said they were just finishing it up. Twenty minutes later, I could see that still nobody was working on it. The delay isn't the point. I just don't like being lied to. It was obvious. However, when I brought this to the attention of the service manager after the last review, he was extremely apologetic and this oil and filter change was free. I was told that the job would be done within an hour and a half and it actually took only about an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. No fluff, no problem. More
