After a test drive, confirmed approval and all the fun car paperwork. I left with a brand new 2023 Kia in no longer than 2.5 hours. Over all the entire staff at Crain Kia was amazing, super friendly. ALSO A BONUS- THE STAFF WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL. More
