We were extremely happy with our dealings with everyone until our car was scratched during final detail and we had to bring it back for touch ups. He called, the receptionist answered and said ‘Mr. Testerman they will call you shortly about your Soul’. Fast forward to the next DAY, still no word. At 10am Wednesday I called and office on my personal phone. No one answered. Called back… no answer. So I used my office phone and someone answered immediately. (?) I was switched to Zane who wasn’t very apologetic until he learned I had not completed my survey of buying. You had my brand new car for 3 days and couldn’t communicate with me. More

Great when it comes to getting financed but I have tried to call and get ahold of my sales man (Zane McConnell) but he refuses to answer or call me back.
