Liars and cheats. Charged me for an extended warranty that was supposed to come with my car. Cheated me on my trade in when I told them my car was worth more. We purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from this establishment. While they did give us a good deal the paperwork was filed wrong and I was required to come back and sign again. Also the vehicle was establishment. While they did give us a good deal the paperwork was filed wrong and I was required to come back and sign again. Also the vehicle was detailed incredibly poorly. There were UTI pills in the glove box, empty beer cans in the seat pockets, and what appeared to be sweet and sour sauce all over the dash. Somehow they also broke the rear view mirror off of the windshield during cleaning. I discovered that the vehicle did not have a working horn and one of the back seat belts appears to have been cut in half. After all this I attempted to return the vehicle and was told that was impossible despite their website stating a 100 hour love it or exchange it policy. Would not purchase a vehicle here again and I hope they lose their commission. More
