Ms. Sims we do inspect every car before it is sold on our lot, this is called the Used Vehicle Inspection or UVI. You purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima with 86,545 miles. We changed the oil but didn't reset the oil light. This will be reset at your visit on Thursday. Your windshield will be replaced on Thursday, 6-26-25 and as promised, you will have a Loaner until we complete the work. You didn't mention your tail light was broken when you spoke with your Salesman but he will have Service to look at repairing your tail light. Your Salesman, Steven has been working with you since your purchase on 6-11-25. He is available to discuss any issues you may have and you can also reach out to me.
