Out with the old in with the new Hyundai called me and told me that my factory warranty was running out soon and that they needed to buy used cars and if I came to trade my 2012 Elant Hyundai called me and told me that my factory warranty was running out soon and that they needed to buy used cars and if I came to trade my 2012 Elantra in they could put me in a brand new car for the same payment or less. I wanted to upgrade to the 2015 Veloster so my payment did go up a little but not bad at all. I live 30 miles away from the dealership and work 90 miles away. I bought my car from a different lot and they were more than happy to deliver my car to me with a full tank of gas. I am very satisfied with my purchase experience and the customer service. My salesman went thru all the features with me and he was very honest about pros and cons between the Tucson and veloster according to what fitted my needs. He did not push me to buy any one thing to make a sale. He left it all up to me which I love. I hate being pressured and at no point did I feel that way. My Elantra had 95,000 miles and this Veloster is my first NEW car and it is so nice. VERY HAPPY! More
