I purchased new Mazda 6 from Crain and I give everyone I met there 5 stars. I know I wasn't easy to deal with but everyone bent over backwards to make me and my wife happy. We wasn't satisfied with the color we first purchased after we noticed a red one on the tv ad. Our mileage was over their guarantee return policy but they said the most important thing to them is our happiness! They sent me to customer care to talked to Heather. Talk about bending over backwards to help us she went way beyond what I would expect anyone to do. I would recommend everyone to buy from Crain. Also the Mazda 6 has turned out to be an amazing auto. More
There has been a problem with front end noise right after we purchase car. Have gone back on number of times. Tires are their only explanation. It's hard to believe New tires are bad!!! I asked service Manager about different tires He said tire company would not change Tires. So I guess we are going to live with this loud roar. Call today to set up appointment for service. Daniel in service was rude and said he had a lot of people waiting on Him. Therefore he didn't want to answer my questions. STAY away from Crain Hyundai on colonel Glen They sell you a car and then you are on your own!! Went for oil change and to check out front end noise And it took over 5 hours!!!! More
Terrible service. Salesman actually seemed aggravated that I wanted the price before he could start getting out the paperwork. He said, "I thought we were going to make a deal" and I said "I can't commi that I wanted the price before he could start getting out the paperwork. He said, "I thought we were going to make a deal" and I said "I can't commit without knowing the price, so I don't need paperwork at this point" He yelled to the "manager", "she doesn't want to commit!" The manager walked up to me with his shirt half untucked and looked as though he was half asleep. He didn't even say hi to me, they went to a private area and wasted about 10 more mins, then only came off sticker $600.. when I looked at him (salesman) like are you kidding me, He actually said,"I know it will sell", then shrugged his shoulders as though he couldn't care less if he had our business. He was so rude that I actually cried when I left. I've never been treated like that at any business I've ever visited. We immediately called Northpoint and they were able to do MUCH better over the phone and were very helpful and professional. Crain Mazda is extremely high pressure, rude, unprofessional, and just plain stupid. If their goal is to sell cars and keep repeat customers, you'd never know it. The salesman (and I use that term loosely) that we spoke with was an older black man and I can't remember his name. He didn't bother giving me or my husband his card and apparently sells so many cars that he doesn't need to be friendly or negotiate with anyone. More
Absolutely horrible experience. Came in saying my budget was $25k, including taxes. They tell me they can work with me and get me to make a deposit. They told me they would be picking up the car from out was $25k, including taxes. They tell me they can work with me and get me to make a deposit. They told me they would be picking up the car from out of state and it would be there within the next day, which they claimed they do all the time. Came back on the planned date to put it up and it was not there, so they told me they would deliver it to my house (3 hours away). Waited an entire week with little to no communication; no one I called called me back, none of the managers would answer my calls. My sales rep was very good at communicating up until I made the deposit. . A week after I was supposed to pick it up, it finally came, at 10:00pm Saturday, on Memorial Day weekend. The VIN number was not the same as they one they told me I was getting, nor did it come from the same state I was told, so I had to get a new insurance card. They forgot to bring my temporary plates and the TITLE, so now I have to wait even longer to drive it. Left out many frustrating details, but you get the idea. That was the first and last time I do business with Crain Mazda. Unprofessionally unresponsive; good luck getting a hold of anyone. More
Very disappointed. They would not negotiate with us AT ALL beyond the very first offer they presented. I have never witnessed that at any other car dealership. I was able to get a much better offer from ALL beyond the very first offer they presented. I have never witnessed that at any other car dealership. I was able to get a much better offer from several other Mazda dealerships in surrounding states. I told them about this hoping they could come down even just a little bit, but they acted like they didn't need or want our business and just would not budge whatsoever. So I drove to another state and got an amazing deal, and the dealership there treated us very well. I love my new Mazda and I'm glad I got it somewhere else. More
