Before going to the dealerships I looked up the value of my trade in the "blue book". My experience at the Fayetteville Hyundai Dealership was horrible. I felt like the saleman and manager both wanted to take advantage of me ( because I was a woman). I left mad because neither of these guys listened to my requests. I really wanted to purchase a hyundai so I decided to go to the Bentonville Hyundai Dealership. I am so glad that I decided to go to the Bentonville Hyundai Dealership.I was met by friendly staff that listened to my requests and I purchased an Elantra 2017. The saleman really worked hard to find the best deal for me and the manager worked with me on a payment that I could afford. What a difference in dealerships. I have recommended the Bentonville Hyundai Dealership to my friends and family. More

Excellent Sales/Service I went in and told the front desk I wanted to test drive a Tucson. They paged a sales rep and Nathan came out. I told him what I wanted, he went and got it and we test drove it. He answered all my questions, explained Hyundai's warranty, and never once tried to up-sell me! I met my husband at a different dealership to test drive done different makes/models. We got so frustrated with the sales team we left and I brought my husband back to Crain. We bought the car I test drive with Nathan earlier in the day. In the end it was the car I liked best and no hassle with the purchase. More
