Evidently the starter leverage something or another broke. My car would not start, I am a real estate agent and this shuts my business down. I previously had a extremely bad dealing with the Hyundai dealership in Springfield, MO, BUT being new and unsure of where to go I tried Reliable Hyundai of Springfield again, my daughter even called (Her husband is a Hyundai sales and service manager). To even look at the vehicle it would be 5 days! When I asked about parts, an additional 3-5 days. Loaner car, none in their lot. Needless to say another extremely bad experience. My husband got on line found Crain Hyundai and said, "Deb we're in luck. The one in Bentonville is actually9 miles closer." (thinking of the towing and so forth). So I called. The receptionist, most pleasant transferred me back to Service. Where Dave Daeffler Service Manager, was ever so patient with me. In the first 5 minutes had my confidences and won me over instantly, all after an hour with creepy Springfield! Dave you ROCK! This was at 8 am, Monday morning!!!! Rock Star Service.... Not only was my vehicle picked up by 9:45am by 2:26pm I had a call from Dave Daeffler to advise me of the needs to not only fix my vehicle but the needed maintence on it. DAVE DID IT!!!!!! Dave had the car repaired, washed and ready to go by 4 pm. And the Red Carpet didn't stop there....upon arrive, a gentleman opened the door for me, the receptionist directed me and quick literally before I even got back to the service dept another gentleman asked me if I needed help. By the time I rounded the corner to the service dept. my husband was coming in the door (which another employee opened the door for him) and I saw my car roll up. The employee advised me my car was ready to roll and he was warming it up for me! OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I don't care what they say about Arkansas (LOL)- Ya'll are super hero's!!!! More

They have replaced radiator fan etc. I have paid 550 $. Within few weeks I have faced the same issue. This time they have changed the Compressor, discharge hose and filled the gas. Since the issue is in other component the service manager didnt agreed to take the responsibility. I have paid 767$. The next month I have faced the same trouble. The authorities told that the issue is with the leackage in main hose the estimated bill amount is 505+$. They didnt take the responsibility and responded like these are all sequence of different issues, not occured at the time of repair. I just taken the car back. Before going to this service station, I have given the car to a local mechanic. He identified the leakage and filled the gas. But it was not stable. With a great confidence I have moved to a authorised dealer. BUT I HAVE LOST THE MONEY WITHOUT BENEFIT. AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION????????!!!!!!!!! More

Not only did they have the exact car I wanted but worked with me till it fit my budget. BTW, the car drives awesome! I'm not new to the car buying thing, I think this is my 20th new car. By far, the only place I will ever deal with again. Thanks guys! More
Hyundai's are great cars - I love the new Sonata - it was a great test drive and smokes the Camry and Accord. As far as the Dealer experience: I worked with Jeff - he was nice but a little slow. So I spoke to Travis the manager - he was to intense like he has "little mans complex". Maybe he was just in a bad mood but he was condescending I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. It was really kind of odd. More
