They had a car running for me when I got there, shook my hand and were eager to earn my business. I brought four family members with me and they made sure everyone was comfortable and they listened to what everyone had to say. They offered me more than anyone else for my trade, went to bat for me on my interest rate, and they were reasonable about negotiating the sell price. The entire process was quick and done the way it is supposed to be done. They were respectful and I feel great about buying from this dealership. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them when it's time and I would refer anyone to them. The staff and company have integrity and I feel great about my decision to buy from them. Oh and I LOVE my new to me Acura :) I have been searching for a car for a month, I've met a lot of nasty salesman that tried to lie right to my face and left a bad taste in my mouth. Warranty I purchased a two year bumper to bumper warranty that covers everything but normal wear and tear. Too bad I wasted money on the warranty because a check engine light being on is apparently part of normal wear and tear. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I was insulted and talked down to by the salesman which is uncalled for. I would say the salesman has been at his job too long if he thinks that is the way to represent his employer. Also the internet listing had several options posted for the particular vehicle i liked that were in fact, NOT EVEN ON THE CAR! I was told that did not affect the price and that the "internet does it". Quite frankly that is false advertising and if it were my car lot, i would be sure i wasn't making false claims about a car. REALLY REALLY bad experience. Has turned my car search into a thing. More
