I have just leased my 6th Lexus, and my first SUV. I’ve loved every car I have had. My experience was great especially because my salesman, Anthony Faustini was excellent. Great experience walking out with a 2021 Lexus. Charles made us very comfortable and knowledgeable about the purchase. Love the Lexus ES350 sedan, great product. However the "after the sale" service was lacking. I contacted the dealership on 5 separate occasions because 5 weeks after driving the car off the lot I have ye "after the sale" service was lacking. I contacted the dealership on 5 separate occasions because 5 weeks after driving the car off the lot I have yet to receive any information about the first loan payment. Finance mgr is out to lunch, I'll have her call you when she returns - never happened. Finance mgr not in yet (9:37am), I'll have her return your call,.....never happened. I called the salesman saying I received a letter saying my loan was denied because they could not identify me,.....I was told to ignore it, it was corrected. Finally, a sales mgr sent me an email saying I should contact the credit union myself.! I've purchased many cars in my life time and have never been told to follow up on a loan initiated by the dealership. Very disappointing. I thought the name plate "Lexus" carried a better level of service, or at least that's the image they try to portray. w More
