2019 Duramax went into limp mode 4 hours from home on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Bad situation. Locals said two dealers and Crabtree is the best. Spoke with the Service dept who called back on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Bad situation. Locals said two dealers and Crabtree is the best. Spoke with the Service dept who called back on Friday to check on things. Left the truck and they found a warranty extension on the problem parts. Crabtree fixed everything at no cost to me.
