Sean Ellefsen in Finance is fantastic in what he does and worked hard for her loan. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is due to some unprofessional behavior from Tony Henton (Sales Manager) which came close to breaking the deal. All in all, I would recommend Cox Motors if you are looking for a vehicle. Great people in general. Also, big shout out to Sam for the initial assistance as she was most helpful. More

Awesome experience I was in the market for a new SUV. Had no idea what brand I was even leaning towards, but I knew I wanted something to fit my family and my lifestyle I was in the market for a new SUV. Had no idea what brand I was even leaning towards, but I knew I wanted something to fit my family and my lifestyle. I made an appt online to meet with one of Cox Motors sales team members, and was really surprised when I got an immediate confirmation. I ended up meeting with Joe Brims, a sales person there who really knew his stuff. He was able to pinpoint exactly what kind of SUV, and what brand I should be looking at based on the technology I like to use and the fuel economy I need. I ended up with a Ford Edge. Absolutely love it and the entire process was simple and well explained to me and my husband. Joe was fantastic, easy-going, not at all pushy and helped us make a great decision.
