They had to source the part from Canada and it took a week to complete. There was a question about my not wanting it rekeyed, which I didn't, and was ultimately determined wasn't done after I had trouble starting the car with the new keys. The following day the steering column housing fell off and I took the car back. The mechanic on duty told me that the screws hadn't been properly aligned, but it was now good. In the past at this dealership, before Trevor was there, my car always had the foot wells vacuumed, paper placed down, the old parts placed on paper and left in the car, and the dash wiped. None of that was done the windshield was so dirty that I had to wash it to even see out. The employee who brought my car around got stuck getting out of my car. Before this my experience with Cox Mazda was never anything but excellent. More
LOVE this dealership (who says that?!) I bought my car at Cox Mazda and it has been there for every service. The Advisers are always friendly and accommodating. The Sales staff is always available to help, but they do not push anything on you while you are waiting for your car to be serviced. The facility itself is great - fast WiFi and coffee/water/snacks. No loud/annoying music. Couldn't be happier and I will be purchasing my next Mazda from them within a few years. More

I made an appointment and wasn't disappointed, they had me in and out of there within an hour! I was very impressed! The service adviser answered all my questions, it was a good experience. SALE EXPERIENCE WAS OK. SERVICE WAS A NIGHTMARE: UNTRAINED TECHS (STARTED FIRE IN MY VAN). OUT OF SERVICE FOR A TOTAL OF 42 DAYS LAST YEAR. LEMON LAWED THE VEHICLE LAST WEEK. DEALER WAS OF NO ASSI UNTRAINED TECHS (STARTED FIRE IN MY VAN). OUT OF SERVICE FOR A TOTAL OF 42 DAYS LAST YEAR. LEMON LAWED THE VEHICLE LAST WEEK.
