Here is why you should stay away: Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I received three different estimates, with the price nearly doubling by the final version. To make matters worse, they sourced a part from a junk yard and then had the nerve to add a 20% "price adjustment" on top of it. Substandard Work: The car had to be repainted twice because the first job was so poor. Despite the obvious issues, Patrick insisted the first (failing) paint job was "okay" and actually charged me for the redo. Zero Accountability: Patrick is now refuses to let me inspect the vehicle, claiming there is "no need." He is aggressively trying to collect my deductible right now, even though the car is not completed and the work hasn't been verified. Asking for a deductible on an unfinished car while actively blocking an inspection is incredibly suspicious. If you value your vehicle and your bank account, do not trust Patrick or this shop. They are more interested in your money than actually fixing your car. More

The truck I bought was said to be a 96/100 points for how clean it is. Upon first look it was a great truck. After about 3 days the rapid response team logos from their rap was showing in the paint. They als clean it is. Upon first look it was a great truck. After about 3 days the rapid response team logos from their rap was showing in the paint. They also had said it was never in an accident although the front bumper had cracks and chrome tape covering up the imperfections. The truck has dented rear bumper and sanding/ filler and paint work don’t on the side doors where they removed the 2500hd. Few days later I have a check engine light along with a pre discussed coolant leak they did not take care of for me. The truck has lots more imperfections and issues then I was lead to believe. I would say it’s on them but it’s 100% my fault for trusting a dealership who claimed to have the cleanest one on the market. This truck has 60k miles but seems to be in the condition of something with closer to 150-200k miles. Things were covered up and they are going to say it’s sold as is, and that they just sell the cars how they get them. I am going to keep this truck and learn my lesson but I’m writing this for others so they can be more vigilant than I was when dealing with a used car from them. More
