Disappointed With The Woman Who Booked My Service Appointmen Scheduled an appointment to have serpentine belt replaced on my 2014 Impala (was recommended by service dept.) for 4/5/18 at 7:30 am. When I arrived t Scheduled an appointment to have serpentine belt replaced on my 2014 Impala (was recommended by service dept.) for 4/5/18 at 7:30 am. When I arrived the belt was not in stock so I had to reschedule for 4/6/18 at 2:45 pm because I would have had to wait until after 12noon for the belt to be delivered. What was so disappointing was that when I called to make the 4/5/18 at 7:30 am appointment I clearly told the woman who booked the appointment that I needed the serpentine belt replaced. My time is valuable and to keep the original appointment I(came from Sarasota) had to be up pretty early. I love the service Cox provides and this is the first time there was any sort of hiccup but I can't see myself or any other customer wanting to endure this again when it was clearly explained what I wanted to bring the car in for. More
