Bought new Sonic When I arrived I was greeted but not attacked by a salesman. Finian was asking me what I was looking for and how he could help. Not knowing exactly what I wanted he made some suggestions based on what I had told him. Once I decided on something, he was very easy to work with and got me a great deal. Mike in financing was also great. Both of them went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail. Finian showed me all of the features of the car and how to use each one. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. More

waste of my time.. I emailed about a car and my trade in.i was contacted by pedro and after couple of emails I attempted to contact by phone on his cell which was never I emailed about a car and my trade in.i was contacted by pedro and after couple of emails I attempted to contact by phone on his cell which was never answered.after calling dealership was able to get him on phone.they had my vin number of my trade in and even sent pics of paint damage.he said car had trade in value of 11000-12500.he also knew I was coming from an hour away.i made an apt to meet with him this morning.the offer they came back was full sticker price and ONLY 8,000 for my trade.i found this whole experience as unprofessional as is their dealership.i will take my time ans sell my truck then look for a Malibu JUST NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.ashame all car dealerships aren't honest and straight foward More

What CAN'T they do!! The service department has always gone above and beyond in not only the work that they do but also with their customer service and scheduling. If my repair looks like it will take longer than expected I am notified right away and they offer to take me home. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere but this service center and I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I would give 10 stars if I could! More

I came to Cox 2 years ago and left with a 2015 Hi my name is Trish Gill and on November 16th 2017 my life changed significantly and in an amazing way. I came to Cox 2 years ago and left with a 2015 Chevy sonic. I loved my little red sonic but being a single mother of 2 growing boys, I needed bigger. I initially came there to get my tire looked at and a gentleman by the name of Q Gordon approached me and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I asked him out of curiosity if he thought I could get a bigger car and my payment be about the same as the sonic. I had no big amount of money to put down and really didn't want a higher payment. He took some info from me and said he's going to see what he can do so I left and went to work and came back to pick up my sonic when it was finished and drove around back to sales and asked Q so where'd we get and he told me about a 2017 Chevy equinox that was called a hand tag special and I said ok. There was 3 other people besides new looking and wanting that. Oscar Acosta the new car sales manager said does she want it and I said yes and so he told another gentleman by the name of Anthony Hockett to guide Q to get this deal done for me because he wants me to have it, especially new being a returning customer. After careful consideration I was down in finance with Adam Borgia and he was telling me the ins and outs and I was signing. I GOT THE 2017 CHEVY EQUINOX with no money down with the trade of my sonic which had damages mind you. I left estatic and scared at the same time. It was a little higher than what I had anticipated but it was no money down and my sonic had me upside down still a little. It was going to give me the motivation I needed to grind harder because I wanted this for my babies and me. Mr. Anthony called me this morning to tell me they had great news and I needed to come resign my new paperwork because they got a better deal. It all started with a hello from Q Gordon and a little team work with him and Anthony then ended up with me crying and begging this team of 4 phenomenal men what can I possibly do to show my gratitude! I am beyond grateful and so appreciative of Mr. Q Gordon(sales), Mr. Athony Hockett(sales), Mr. Oscar Acosta(new sales manager), and Mr. Adam Borgia (finance)! You guys are amazing.
