Kris Cox the CEO always greets me when he sees me and what CEO that you know does that.The service manager Roberto Alonzo always makes sure that I am getting my issues fixed. And of course Rick Seaton, my service advisor is also always there to assist me even when I do not make an appointment. ( but please don't everyone do this or they will blame me). Finally Mike Dame, my finance advisor helped me out a lot by getting me the best rate possible, and explaining all of the documents and warranties. So for sure Cox Chevy is my favorite dealership bar none. Come and see for your self. More

Neal offered to bring the car to us @ 9:00 am the next day. (25 miles away). He was there promptly at 9:00 and then gave us all of the time needed to explain the functions and features of the car. Neal puts all of his energy into making sure that his customers are satisfied. In the two months since the purchase he has called us 3 or 4 times to see how we were doing. A great experience. More
