Great family at COX, that’s how they treat you, I have just bought my second truck from COX Ron Potts was my salesman, It was a little rough starting out. But then it all came together. You always here story’s about the saleman, he did this did that, well they have a job to do just like everyone, and they certainly take a different approach . They treat you like family. One week before I bought my truck, I brought in my old truck for service. That’s when I meet Chris service writer. He was so nice, very professional, he took care of all my needs. What a great guy. It’s nice to deal with people who know there job. Back in to buy my truck I meet the General Manager John, what a class act, ya he is the guy on TV. Lol John made the deal happen. They are just good folks at Cox, I got the truck I wanted, and at a fair price. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit a very pleasant one. More
