Wow! I cant say enough about my experience with Cowboy Toyota! I live about 3 hours away from Dallas, been dealing with a local Toyota dealer in Longview for years and wasn't real happy with them, so, I Toyota! I live about 3 hours away from Dallas, been dealing with a local Toyota dealer in Longview for years and wasn't real happy with them, so, I tried Cowboy Toyota in Dallas. From the beginning Liane Mann, my salesperson was great, knew what she was taking about, knew the car, knew financing, was super nice & very helpful! She even had the owner call me to answer some questions I had! The deal went very smooth, very informative, no problems whatsoever! Then, Liane had my car delivered to my home from Dallas! I was so excited, I hate to travel any distance and was not looking forward to driving to Dallas! I am recommending Cowboy Toyota to all my co-workers, family and friends and I look forward to buying all my cars from Liane Mann from now on! Cowboy Toyota has all my future business! Thank you! P.S. I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport and Love it!!!! Best car on the road as far as I'm concerned. I've owned many Corollas over the past 15 or so years, I used to put a lot of miles on every year and traded often, now my mileage is way more normal. The Corolla has never let me down, no breakdowns, very reliable, good tradein value, great gas mileage and even my kids in college think its a hot car! Again, thank you! Good Job! More
Excellent experience from my first inquiry to walking out the door with my keys. Being the type that likes to shop around, I found Cowboy Toyota and Rodney better than the rest in every way. The other people I briefly dealt with were also friendly. Ran into transportation problems but ended up getting a ride from Rodney to pick up my vehicle. That was a suprise. Besides that, I got a price I was happy with. Pretty sure will end up buying here again in the future. Gave Rodneys card out to a few friends as well. Put this dealership on your list or just go 1st. I have leased cars through Cowboy Toyota in the past. Liane returned my call, made an appointment and was prepared to discuss my options when I walked in the door. She provided valuable advice which help me to lower my monthly payment, increased my knowledge of the transaction. I am a detail oriented person and like to see all the numbers used to determine the total cost, down payment and monthly payment. Liane presented all the information to me and explained the numbers in detail. I like working with Liane because I felt an immediate sense of trust. She has the knowledge and experience of Toyota Cars and SUV and walked me through the electronic package when I picked up the car. She offered to demonstrate all the options again to my wife if needed. I am very glad that I met Liane and we have started doing business together. In the future; as this lease comes to end, I plan to call Liane and request her to assist me with my next lease. I only do business with people that I respect and trust and who have high moral and business standards. Liane meets and exceeds the standards that I use to measure people. Liane is client focused and customer service focused. Cowboy Toyota should use Liane's standards as a model for other sales people to follow. Patrick Ogbeide and Chris Low were wonderful to work with and I don't say such things often. I communicated with 4 different dealers to work out a deal for a new Camry Hybrid XLE to replace my earlier Camry and I don't say such things often. I communicated with 4 different dealers to work out a deal for a new Camry Hybrid XLE to replace my earlier Camry Hybrid. Cowboy was one of 2 that easily started speaking in real pricing terms without any of the usual dealer foolishness. Now I have to admit that this dealerships location sort of put me off - don't let that stop you. Think of it as an opportunity as I think they realize they do have an impediment and are willing to work to make up for it. Once it became clear that Patrick and Chris were willing to deal directly and honestly I took the plunge and took them up on the offer to come to my work location to evaluate my trade. They met my price and exceeded the best I could get from closer dealers - even the last bids the local threw me as they realized they were losing the deal. Moreover I need to mention that Patrick and Chris made closing the deal amazingly simple. I went down there to 'ground' my trade - expecting the usual horror of dealing with the financing guys trying to hard sell me on various warranties and other add-ons. It was nothing of the sort. We were on our way out with a Cowboy Toyota supplied loaner within 20 minutes of my wife concluding a final test drive. They delivered the car with my accessories added to my home just a few days later. It was the most painless car deal I can remember and I know I got a good deal too. More

Cowboy Toyota had nine pages of 2012 Corollas listed on their website. I requested a quote on a model I was interested in and received it promptly with two alternative vehicles as well. Before making the trip to see the car in person I called to make sure it was still available. Had to leave a message. Hours went by and I called again. Had to leave another message. Hours went by I called and asked to speak to the inventory manager and had to leave another message. Hours went by and called again and was asked to leave yet another message. Instead of leaving a message I asked to speak to any sales representative. One finally came on the phone and advised me that they had no 2012 Corollas available. The website still has nine pages of 2012 Corolla inventory on it. Won't do business with this dealership. More
