Poor service staff We called for a price to have our vehicle looked at. Instead of asking what normal service writers do like what has been done to the vehicle what all We called for a price to have our vehicle looked at. Instead of asking what normal service writers do like what has been done to the vehicle what all is wrong things like that they give my husband a quote to look at he the vehicle. So we pay to have the vehicle towed. When it arrived they call my husband and tell him it’s going to cost more and that we should have told them everything we did even though we told them some of what was wrong to begin with. As a service writer your job is to ask all those questions like what all was done what kind of condition is the vehicle. When I call to talk to them they told me I should have told them everything that was done. I was not asked. So now I have to have it towed back to my house and I’m out $160.00. For nothing. I don’t understand why because they didn’t do their job why I’m having to suffer. More
