They are friendly and have good communication. Sometimes service takes a little longer than I would have liked but that's expected because they only have so many techs and are usually pretty busy. It took them over two months to look at my truck. I called them every other week or so asking for an update and they always said they were going to get to it but haven’t yet. After two months of being called them every other week or so asking for an update and they always said they were going to get to it but haven’t yet. After two months of being in the shop and them not being able to fix it, I finally just gave up and picked up the truck in the same condition it was when I left at two months prior. I’m sure not trying to be too critical on them, but assumed that if anyone could fix a Dodge truck, it would be a Dodge dealership. My intention was to get my old Dodge fixed and purchase a brand new Dodge from this dealership. After this experience, I think I will find another Dodge dealership to purchase my new truck from. I’m very disappointed about that because I ALWAYS try to keep my business dealings local. More

Before bringing my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change, I checked their website to see if they required an appointment. Not only did their website state that they didn’t require appointments for ro change, I checked their website to see if they required an appointment. Not only did their website state that they didn’t require appointments for routine maintenance such as oil changes, they advertised this as a special feature “EXPRESS!!!” I dropped my truck off at about 8:00 AM. The service agent said it would take a couple hours, and asked if I wanted to wait. I told him that I would leave and come back, and I’m glad I did, because it was 7 hours later that my oil change was completed. When I came to pick up my truck, the guy was so engrossed in conversation with another customer that he didn’t acknowledge I was there waiting. Another employee saw me standing there and asked what I needed. I told him that I was there to pick up my vehicle, which had taken 7 hours to get the oil changed. He asked if I had made an appointment, and proceeded to lecture me about thinking ahead and making an appointment. They took me to the back where my vehicle was, but didn’t have my keys. I waited about 10 minutes, and finally the same service agent who had ignored me came out with my keys. They seemed to have done a good job on the oil change. I didn’t even mind that it took 7 hours, it just would have been nice to have been given a more accurate time estimate, and if the service department strongly prefers you make an appointment, it might be nice if the website said “we strongly prefer that you make an appointment” rather than “MOPAR EXPRESS!!! DONE QUICK AND DONE RIGHT!!!” All in all, some training in basic customer service skills for the staff here might go a long way in ensuring future customers have a more pleasant experience than I did. After trying to get into the service center and getting an appointment two weeks away, I did call and stop in for parts, checked in again for the assortment to be moved up but not possible. I was speaking an appointment two weeks away, I did call and stop in for parts, checked in again for the assortment to be moved up but not possible. I was speaking to the Main Service person when one of the service writers popped in and said we have a cancellation for tomorrow. Do you want it? Of course I said yes yes. The service was quick and thorough done in less time than expected. Cost was reasonable. Nice people and all seemed happy to be there. More
