The mechanic said my EGR cooler looked bad and may be failing soon. What he didn’t convey was that the hard carbon deposits found in the EGR valve that he replaced indicated that the EGR cooler was leaki failing soon. What he didn’t convey was that the hard carbon deposits found in the EGR valve that he replaced indicated that the EGR cooler was leaking coolant into the combustion path. I got 45-miles out of town on I-80 before the truck broke down and forced me to wait 4-hrs for a tow, with my RV on the hitch, back to Cheyenne. Had he told me about the issue up front, I would have approached the EGR valve service completely different. That omission of details cost me over $2,000 and a full day of headache. More

Went to get an oil change for my jeep wrangler after spending the weekend in the mountains doing different trails. I didn't have an apartment but was able to get in quickly and no one tried to up sell m spending the weekend in the mountains doing different trails. They are friendly and have good communication. Sometimes service takes a little longer than I would have liked but that's expected because they only have so many techs and are usually pretty busy. It took them over two months to look at my truck. I called them every other week or so asking for an update and they always said they were going to get to it but haven’t yet. After two months of being called them every other week or so asking for an update and they always said they were going to get to it but haven’t yet. After two months of being in the shop and them not being able to fix it, I finally just gave up and picked up the truck in the same condition it was when I left at two months prior. I’m sure not trying to be too critical on them, but assumed that if anyone could fix a Dodge truck, it would be a Dodge dealership. My intention was to get my old Dodge fixed and purchase a brand new Dodge from this dealership. After this experience, I think I will find another Dodge dealership to purchase my new truck from. I’m very disappointed about that because I ALWAYS try to keep my business dealings local. More

The service technician was very thorough with my oil change and tire rotate, which was not needed at this time. They did find that I needed 2 air filters replaced.
