Terrible experience I was told since this place had new ownership to give them a chance...worst mistake ever!! Couldn’t get to my Jeep right away so I was without a vehic I was told since this place had new ownership to give them a chance...worst mistake ever!! Couldn’t get to my Jeep right away so I was without a vehicle for awhile. Then was told if warranty didn’t cover the problem I would have to pay 135 for them just to look at it. Of course it wasn’t covered so I had to pay 160 for some reason when picking it up. Then was told it would be 3000 to fix it. My fiancé brought it home and ended up fixing it in 2 hours and cost 14.00 in parts. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! More

I fought with both snowy range dodge and Chrysler directly for about two weeks. Neither were willing to solve the issue. When I contacted Cowboy dodge they were extremely friendly and understanding. They made an appointment for my truck to get looked at and arranged a rental at no cost to me. After about a week my truck was fixed and I was out the door with everything covered under warranty. The only cost to myself was the oil change I asked them to do and the fuel in the rental. More

2015 Dodge 3500 I ran into issues with my truck not starting after we had a cold front come in. Richard from Cowboy Dodge, helped me arrange tow truck services and kept in contact with me through out the day. Big Al's tow truck services (Dwayne) showed up within the hour and it ended up that one of the batteries on my truck was dead (I didn't know that both batteries had to be jumped to get it running :) ) Truck was started and brought in for service at around noon. They installed 1 new battery, 2 new wiper blades, resolved all the recall notice issues. Cost was a bit expensive $418 for 1 new battery and 2 new wiper blades even though I have the extended bumper to bumper services. The question, "Would you recommend this service center", for cost I would say no but if you need to get work done and can't get reliable service at a lower cost, yes. More

JUST DURING 2016 Took my older(but beautiful) Dodge Ram truck in for repair of $1800 parking lot body damage. Work was shoddy, interior screws not replaced, paint runs, door doesn't fit correctly, etc. Then in August 2016 I took my 2016 Dodge Ram into Cowboys body shop for severe hail damage repair. It is now January 2017 and the work is not done even though I am constantly promised that my truck is next. In November 2016, I took my wife's 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with 7000 miles on it) into Cowboy Dodge for a simple oil change which they performed. By the time I got home, 8 miles, there was no oil left in the motor as the service man didn't put the new oil filter on correctly. And I had a large puddle of oil under the Jeep on my garage floor. Also be advised, if you buy an oil change service contract when you buy your new or used vehicle, they will not honor it or even pro-rate it if you upgrade to Mobil 1 or anything but their company oil. More

Awful body shop!! I hit a deer in my jeep and had it towed in to Cowboy Dodge thinking a dealer would do the best work. I was very wrong, not only did they have it five I hit a deer in my jeep and had it towed in to Cowboy Dodge thinking a dealer would do the best work. I was very wrong, not only did they have it five weeks the first time it was sent in but I was also lied to and the work done was terrible. After the first two weeks it was there I left several messages with several people and never received a call back once. I finally had to go in and make them bring someone out to talk to me. They hadn't done anything but let it sit in the parking lot. I had to call my insurance agent who had to call and argue with them about it. I had to make a drive to another state in a week and a half so they rushed through everything and left 10" runs in the paint and there were paint bubbles everywhere. The marker lights poked out of the grill almost a full inch. I had to have my husband help me pick it up after hours when they finally finished it and I had to take it back in the next day because so much was wrong with it. They agreed to take it back and redo it after I returned from my trip. I got it back covered in thick frost so I couldn't see the paint. The body shop manager said if I noticed anything to bring it back again. After I got it home and thawed out I saw they had more bubbles in the paint than they did before and it looks like they slammed and other cars door into mine and left huge gashes all down the door handle. This has to be the WORST place to have body work done. More
