Needs service again in less than 24 bours. Initially I stopped in to have my check engine light investigated but was told it would be at least an hour even though three techs were standing arou Initially I stopped in to have my check engine light investigated but was told it would be at least an hour even though three techs were standing around chatting while bbn one was working on a vehicle. I then took my truck to O'Reilly auto parts and they gave me the code the check engine light minutes after I pulled up. I made an appointment online to have the code and two recalls addressed two days later. I received a call a few hours later and was told the truck was ready. When I picked up the truck I was told that one of the two recalls was taken care of but parts were not available yet for the other recall. I was also told the check engine light issue had been taken care of. Less than 24 hours later, the check engine light is back on and I have to take the truck back and be without it for at least another day. Needless to say, I am not very happy and very disappointed. More

No follow up. Refused to honor previous owners mistakes. I paid $70k for a new truck just over a year ago and my navigation stopped working. Was told I may need a new stereo. That was 3 weeks ago. I have never received a return call for resolution. I’ve had to call 5 times and got the service person only once. Was told I need to come back in and try something different first. I live an hour’s drive from dealer and work on the road. Will not recommend this dealer or service to anyone. Nor will I return unless they can make this right. The body shop broke a screw on my headliner. The new ownership refuses to honor the mistake because it happened with previous ownership. Again a $70k truck that is just over a year old. Seems rather petty and very poor service recovery. More
