Consistent poor service 5 years Bought a brand new Ram 1500 - Limited edition, heated seats only work in summer. When vehicle gets below 40ish degrees the drivers seat doesn’t work. I’ve taken my truck in 3 times and it’s something with electrical that they temporarily fix and it doesn’t work again. Very frustrating. This time they cannot fix it due to my warranty and mileage, and their response was unprofessional. They don’t go the extra inch to take care of customers after the sale. Some places after they change your oil will vacuum your vehicle, some even wash it. Not Cowboy Dodge. When my husband and I talked with them about our frustrations, they were content that we would not come back for future sales or service. More
