My experience was very good. My wait time was longer than expected and I had to leave before my full service was completed. The work that was done, was done well. They did a good job with my oil change. Looks like my air filter needed changed not sure if it was done or not I read the paperwork but was unfamiliar. My last visit with this dealership was in 2013 when I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Crew Cab Big Horn Pick-Up. I was very pleased with the dealership and the salesman I dealt with. While driving from New purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Crew Cab Big Horn Pick-Up. I was very pleased with the dealership and the salesman I dealt with. While driving from New York to Wyoming the indicator light came on saying that I needed to service my 4WD. As soon as I got home I scheduled an appointment to have it done. On the morning I was heading to my appointment my truck needed 2 jump starts as it was cold and the truck made some sounds I never heard before. I called ahead and said I would be late and I wound up 30 minutes late. The service department worked with me and serviced my truck without sending me home to re-schedule. They not only serviced the 4WD but also checked over the truck to find out why the battery was not performing well. While I waited in the customer lounge, the service management and service department kept me up to date on the progress and made sure any needs I had were met and taken care of. I was notified of what was wrong and given an estimate of all work and parts needed before work was done. No work was done without my approval and I was treated fairly and with respect. After the work was complete my truck was washed which is a nice touch. The customer lounge offers free coffee and water and has vending machines offering all kinds of drink and snacks. This dealership and all of it's employees go above and beyond in customer service. I look forward to making my next new car purchase from them. . More
