Upsetting, disappointed, rushed Bought a 2019 Cherokee Limited from John Elway in Greeley Colorado, took it in two times complaining that hood was lifting when passing semi’s on two Bought a 2019 Cherokee Limited from John Elway in Greeley Colorado, took it in two times complaining that hood was lifting when passing semi’s on two lane and alarm was set off. Also the odometer kept flashing. They said it was fixed which in fact it was not. Took that Jeep into Cowboy in Cheyenne tothe Service Center for the same reason and they said they fixed it too. Went to Gillette Wy on hwy 59 a few weeks ago and it happened again. Decided to trade it in for a 2018 Latitude because we felt the 2019 Limited was unsafe to drive. In our opinion we traded down and ended up paying more the 2018 but we were not going home with the old Jeep. We were rushed that evening to sign the contract and my husband was there for 2 hours. I returned the next morning to finish signing and had to wait for the delivery of the 2018 Jeep due to a bad battery. After returning to pick the Jeep up at 3:00pm and did not receive a copy of the contract. People were nice More
