Slow and not overall friendly (Brian and Christian weren’t awful). We drove from Michigan and our van broke and they didn’t hook it up to the computer right away (simple task) after pleading with them weren’t awful). We ended up missing out on plane tickets home and they created alot of stress for is over the week when we were suppose to be enjoying a week long vacation with our family.
