Bought a 06 Dodge 1500. When I got it home I washed the truck and found the windshield was leaking. Called the dealer and sales man and was told would have to check with used car mgr about it. I know i bo truck and found the windshield was leaking. Called the dealer and sales man and was told would have to check with used car mgr about it. I know i bought as is, but if they washed this truck they knew the windshield leaked and i told them this. That was a week and half ago. We called and talked to lady on phone and told her problem. Said she would have mgr call me. Guess what? No call. Won't buy vehicle from this dealer again!!!! More
I would just like to take a moment and Thank Everyone in the Service Center for their Help and Understanding along with their Dedication to Customer Care, Service & Quality in getting our Mega-Cab repaired the Service Center for their Help and Understanding along with their Dedication to Customer Care, Service & Quality in getting our Mega-Cab repaired in nothing short of record time in my opinion and please believe me when I say that I have dealt with several dealers and service centers over the years. Last Friday afternoon; we had a catastrophic failure of the water pump which allowed the fan and clutch assembly to detach and take out almost everything around the front of the engine compartment. Richard Ortega and the technician where able to locate all of the parts needed, get them in and have the vehicle repaired and washed by noon Saturday so we could continue our short vacation with very little interruption...Again; I would like to THANK YOU very much for your professionalism and service and I will see that everyone I deal with knows it...Very Grateful, Tim & Nancy Rider More
I took my 2005 Dodge Magnum in for routine maintenance(Transmission Service). Being new to the area I figured the dealer would be the place to take it. The transmission shifted and worked fine maintenance(Transmission Service). Being new to the area I figured the dealer would be the place to take it. The transmission shifted and worked fine before I took it to them. When I got it back it was shuddering very badly and would hardly shift. I took it back to them and they kept it for two weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it. When I finally got it back it was fixed. When I asked them what was wrong with it they gave me a dirty look and just walked off. I will not use this dealer for service again. The guys in the parts department are awesome. I have nothing but good luck with them. John Spradlin in sales is awesome as well. More
Incompetent service department. RIPOFF ARTISTS. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. They either have no clue what their doing or they are trained to ripoff the consumer. TRUST THESE GUYS. They either have no clue what their doing or they are trained to ripoff the consumer. More
Wow! I have heard the stories not to go to Cowboy Dodge but they exceeded their bad reputation. My new 2010 Jeep Wrangler broke down in Cheyenne on July 2, 2011. I had just purchased the vehicle in March but they exceeded their bad reputation. My new 2010 Jeep Wrangler broke down in Cheyenne on July 2, 2011. I had just purchased the vehicle in March. I was able to drive vehicle to Cowboy Dodge and was told it needed a new engine. Vehicle was finally repaired 17 days later on July 19th. When I dropped vehicle off, it had 3,080 miles on it and a full tank of gas. When I picked it up, the vehicle had 3,174 miles on it and a little over a 1/2 tank of gas. Darwin (Service Manager) said he could not re-imburse me for the gas used as it was not part of the warranty. The vehicle had to be driven to make sure new engine was OK and had no leaks. I told him if this was part of the repair then gas should be covered or you need to get authorization from me to use my gas. He said he would contact his rep to see what he could do. Apparently it takes a long time to contact this rep because it was August 4th when he called and told me they would not pay for the gas. I went to dealership and talked to Carl Cochrane (Sales Manager) and he laughed and said there was nothing he could do. I then talked to the owner Dennis. Conversation took about 30 seconds as Dennis told me: You have caused nothing but problems here. You didn't buy the vehicle here so I see no reason to consider this. I'm not going to be intimidated by you. You can leave the vehicle if you would would like. Not sure what he meant by leaving the vehicle as I had already traded it in?? Everything worked out as Chrysler did re-imburse me for all my gas expense to drive back to Cheyenne to pick up the vehicle (I live 150 miles from Cheyenne). The Case Manager (Sheila) at Chrysler was great to work with. The dealership (Go Chrysler on Broadway in Littleton Colorado) was great to work with. I guess Cowboy Dodge only cares about the Chrysler name and product if you buy the vehicle there. I just hope your dealership got charged for the gas Dennis! More
I bought my new Dodge Ram at Cowboy Dodge a few weeks ago. Everyone at the dealership was great, I didn't feel like I was being hounded for more money like I usually do at a car dealer. The salesman wa ago. Everyone at the dealership was great, I didn't feel like I was being hounded for more money like I usually do at a car dealer. The salesman was great, the sales manager was nice, and the finance guy was actually fun to talk with. I recommend Cowboy Dodge. More
