Excellent Cowboy Dodge was very helpful and friendly when I was recently stranded with a broken water pump. I was assisted with arranging a tow and kept updated Cowboy Dodge was very helpful and friendly when I was recently stranded with a broken water pump. I was assisted with arranging a tow and kept updated by text messages. Repairs were made quickly and I was on my way the next day. I spent the extra time with my grandchildren in Cheyenne. I was offered a ride to the dealership to retrieve my truck. My son in law was going that way and dropped me off. Within a few minutes I was on my way. I guess my point is that the whole experience was quite painless. Thank you Cowboy Dodge. More

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! After searching for a Ram 2500 crew cab 4x4 long bed. I found one on the internet at Dealin Doug Cowboy Dodge! Finding a long bed is tough. The truck After searching for a Ram 2500 crew cab 4x4 long bed. I found one on the internet at Dealin Doug Cowboy Dodge! Finding a long bed is tough. The truck was what I wanted down to the color of the leather interior. The internet price was $66260. I had my own financing and was ready to buy the truck. I called and talked to Stephen in internet sales and told him I was on my way. Cash price started at $70260 manufacturer rebate $2500=$67760, $599 dealer handling $35 title transfer $299 aftermarket product $68693. The aftermarket product was for the third safety light and warranty. Keep in mind you will not see the light if you put a topper on! If it’s a safety feature shouldn’t it come with the vehicle? Speaking of safety there’s a recall on the airbags. If they let me drive my truck off their lot knowing it was under recall I find that negligent! Sure am glad I have a safety light. The truck had over 700 miles on it. Which in my mind makes it a demo. I didn’t ask for a discount and none was offered. Maybe that’s what they mean by dealer handling. I didn’t know this but you pay sales tax on dealer handling. They said they would remove my hitch rails from my trade. I still don’t have them. I went back ten days after my purchase to deliver the title on my trade. They still didn’t have the rails off but Jonathan said it was a priority. When I asked for my paperwork I was told I would get a computer chip in the mail no pink and yellow copies here. Seems like car dealers have an answer for everything! I asked for copies of my paperwork when I took the title in. I still hadn’t received the chip in the mail. That’s when I figured out the math doesn’t add up I’m at least $1500 short. I’m sure they have an answer for that too! If it was for customer service it sure would have been nice for Stephen to explain to me the purpose of DEF on our way to the gas station. I signed all the agreements, but I honestly feel they didn’t operate in good faith. You know how it goes sign here, sign here. Their friendly chitchat is just another distraction. Don’t fall for their internet price scam. You can bet they all do it! Bring A Calculator unfortunately theirs can’t be trusted and don’t ever leave without your paperwork! I hope this review helps you no matter where you decide to buy a vehicle. If I was you I would go somewhere else!!! More

Good. Smaller dealership and most employees are friendly. Cecil, whom works in service, is by far the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful service desk person I have encountered. He will try to accommodate the customer to the very best of his ability. My day is always better when he is at the dealership. He also gets things done right and in a timely manner. He takes great care of the customers! I just hope that the dealership takes great care of him. I rated the price as one because I have never paid for service as it has all been recall work. The one star on price is due to the high number of recalls and me having to sit around on a Saturday Morning about every other month to correct a recall. I say most employees are friendly because not all the employees are friendly. I have had two sales guys, during my first and second visits to the dealership, (which is the "set a precedence" visits), and they were both very rude. The one guy gave me and my vehicle very unfriendly glares and acted stuck up. The other guy talked to me in a disrespectful way, it was like if I wasn't going to buy a brand new vehicle from the lot he just wanted nothing to do with me and had no further intention on helping me. Cecil and a few others from service are the people that keep me coming back to the dealership. More
