No follow up. Refused to honor previous owners mistakes. I paid $70k for a new truck just over a year ago and my navigation stopped working. Was told I may need a new stereo. That was 3 weeks ago. I have ne I paid $70k for a new truck just over a year ago and my navigation stopped working. Was told I may need a new stereo. That was 3 weeks ago. I have never received a return call for resolution. I’ve had to call 5 times and got the service person only once. Was told I need to come back in and try something different first. I live an hour’s drive from dealer and work on the road. Will not recommend this dealer or service to anyone. Nor will I return unless they can make this right. The body shop broke a screw on my headliner. The new ownership refuses to honor the mistake because it happened with previous ownership. Again a $70k truck that is just over a year old. Seems rather petty and very poor service recovery. More
