When I took the truck in for a heater core problem the fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. They argued with me saying it was broken when I took it to them. So fixed it but they broke dash pieces and broke the 120 plug and cigarette lighter. They argued with me saying it was broken when I took it to them. So now I have to drive and hour and half to go back for them to fix more that they broke. I asked if they could pay for the fuel and they said, No we can’t do that. More
I am not the type of person to leave negative reviews or berate an individual, but my experience in this situation needs to be shared with the general public. Recently visited this dealership with a trade berate an individual, but my experience in this situation needs to be shared with the general public. Recently visited this dealership with a trade in vehicle already knowing the true market value of my trade. The response I received was a valuation of approximately $7,000 less than what I traded the vehicle in for at a different dealership three weeks later...and it sold within three weeks! Said vehicle was a specialty vehicle as considered in the car industry. I was also told that they could not produce a fair market assessment of said vehicle due to the older age and limited available market, which, is a complete and utter lie because that is what helped me confirm the trade in valuation (AutoNation, Car Gurus, etc., etc.) and was confirmed by the "other" dealership that gave me $7,000 more. Funny part of this story is we traded in for the same style vehicle at the "other" dealership that we test drove here and it has almost 55,000 less miles, is a higher trim package and has multiple add on accessories for approximately $6,000 less! Fair and honest transactions are not worty at this location and you all deserve to know my experience here!. More
Update: The manager, Alex, came back from vacation and reviewed the transaction and all conversations I had with the sales rep and sales manager. He came to the conclusion that I was in the right and the reviewed the transaction and all conversations I had with the sales rep and sales manager. He came to the conclusion that I was in the right and they gave me my old Jeep back. However they charged me over $1800 for servicing and reconditioning. Most of which my Jeep didn’t need. So I am grateful that they fixed the problem but I would not deal with them again in the future. Cowboy Dodge sold me jeep that showed 5000 lb tow rating in their online ad. The tow rating was one of the primary features that I was looking for in the jeep and I made that clear to the sales rep. A few days after the sale I found out that the jeep only has a 3500 tow rating. I asked to return the jeep, they refused. They put the onus on me expecting me to know what the actual tow rating was. So now I am stuck with a jeep that I don't want. The verbal gyrations that Casey went thru to put the blame on me were astounding. All I can say when dealing with these folks is "buyer beware". They are a disgrace. More

Once there, they shuttled us wherever we wanted, while diagnosing our vehicle. After having lunch and window shopping we received a call with the solution. They lent us a new Dodge Ram and would have our vehicle done by 11:00 am the next day. Amazing! Very compassionate and concerned. Shout out to all involved, Casey, Richard and Christian. These things don't happen by accident. Somebody has done due diligence in training and it's noticeable. When I look to upgrade from my 2017 Ram, I'll definitely be looking your direction. Regards. We were visiting Cheyenne and something went wrong with our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagn our our truck. Right before CFD. Just saying Richard went above and beyond trying to fix it and get us out in a timely manner. Even though they diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it, your trust in the truck went down hill second time it left us stranded, when you are full time RVers that's not good. So we saw Michael and Sam and bought a new truck. Out thanks to Richard keep up the good work, thanks for going that extra mile for us. More
Slow and not overall friendly (Brian and Christian weren’t awful). We drove from Michigan and our van broke and they didn’t hook it up to the computer right away (simple task) after pleading with them weren’t awful). We drove from Michigan and our van broke and they didn’t hook it up to the computer right away (simple task) after pleading with them throughout the week so that we could make arrangements to get home. We ended up missing out on plane tickets home and they created alot of stress for is over the week when we were suppose to be enjoying a week long vacation with our family. They lack compassion and putting themselves in others shoes. Drive to Casper to have your vehicle serviced. More
