I couldn’t believe a supposedly reputable dealership was not going to replace worn out tires, large cracked windshield, and the air conditioner blew hot air only. I was even going to take the hit for the front body damage on the Fiat. If your on a tight budget I suggest that you get an independent auto mechanic look over one of their vehicles before you purchase, Once you sign the paperwork they are not the nice, smooth, fast talking people you thought cared about you. We found a nice car, needed some work on the brakes which we only agreed on purchasing the vehicle if that was handled. Ray (our salesman) told us that it wouldn't be an issue. While completing all of the paperwork, I made it very clear multiple times that everything needed to go to my post office, not my physical address. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I was contacted by the dealership stating all my paperwork had been misplaced and could I come back to the dealership to complete new paperwork. I live about an hour from the dealership but still agreed. When I went back, I mentioned the brakes still being an issues but it was dismissed. A week after that, I contacted them about the temporary tags expiring and again they wanted me to come back to them for new ones which I did not agree on because it wasn't my fault someone lost my paper work. When they came to my job, I mentioned the brakes again and they laughed it off like it was no big deal. I have spent several hundred dollars trying to fix the brakes however, it's something far worse than the brakes. I have yet to receive anything from the bank on my loan and when I did contact them they sent my title and loan info to the wrong address because the dealership gave them the wrong info which has also cost me in late fees because the payment was late. My wife sent them an email regarding all of this several weeks ago and we have yet to hear back from anyone! What a nightmare this has all been. More

On day 1 the salesman told me a price they would sell it to me for which was lower than the asking price and I countered with my offer. They said they would see what they could do for me and I never heard back. On the morning of day 2, I called the salesman to see what the status was on my offer. Which I always had to do the calling. He told me he has to talk to his boss and he would call me back but I never heard back. I called him again in the early afternoon and he said to give him till the end of that day and if the truck doesn't sell by then they would accept my offer. Well, at the end of the day I called back and the salesman told me they are going to sell it whole sale for the original asking price. Talk about pissing someone off. I should have known better then to deal with a low budget dealer. Do not deal with these people go somewhere else. xxxx, I bet most of the reviews on here were put on by them. More

Completey Shafted and misled.
