Be it annual service or a weird noise coming from the engine compartment, I call Bozzani Volkswagen because they're so friendly and always so accommodating. I typically am afforded the opportunity to use a loaner car, and the service advisors always keep me up to date on my VW's status and what it's estimated service time is. For short service visits, Bozzani provides a courtesy shuttle that I usually take to the nearby mall. Check out Bozzani VW and you'll understand why I drive 30 miles to bring my car here. More

I've always had his undivided attention... He listens well to my concerns when I go in for service and he's always been accommodating. Ruben is another awesome part of dealing with Bozzani VW. He is a great guy, I appreciate how he'd call me to touch base with me to let me know how things are going and that brings reassurance that my car is in good hands!! . I've recently had trouble with my beloved VW GLI... It's now out of warranty, and Ruben brought to my attention that there were certain parts that VW does cover, even out of the standard warranty. I appreciate that Bozanni has AMAZING EMPLOYEES, they have employees who are honest and maintain EXCELLENT INTEGRITY which is a REFLECTION OF THE REPUTATION OF BOZZANI VW....!!!!
