Need to set proper expectations. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told it would take 1.5 hours. I was ok with that time and decided to wait in lobby. Setting the proper expectation is important. If they would have told me it would take 3 hours I would have been ok with that and would have just taken an uber home and come back to pick up my car. This is very helpful as often you have to get parts sent in as this is also an old manual transmission. I really love the service I have received. More
