I am happy to say that when I called to ask if parts available to do this, the service department adviser schedule me in immediately without hesitation and delays. It did not take long for the repair. I was picked up by their curtsy shuttle later that day to go get may car. The Service Advisers are good people and very friendly. B More

I informed him that I had my toddler with me and if they could kinda put a rush on my service at which he noted they would do their best. He also informed me of local eateries and the waiting area. After eating at a local eatery, we returned to the dealership and hung out in the waiting area, which happens to be very "Kid Friendly!" While waiting, my toddler and I were greeted multiple times by managers and asked if I was being taken care of; again, very professional. In short, they had my service completed under 2-hrs, in which they found an additional issue while servicing it and took care of it. And we were off and running. More

Coming back to this dealer due to horrendous experiences at McKenna motors in Cerritos. Purchased my new car at McKenna because of inventory at the time, was the biggest mistake I've made putting my trust in the hands of their staff. Numerous instances of miscommunication and lack of professionalism with the younger staff. Lesson learned, I apologize for the rant. Bozzani will be where I go from now on. Service staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Made my appointment with Ruben Sandoval, took care of me right away!
