40 mile service I had my 40 mile service with bozzani vw last feb. Online scheduling was very easy and fast. They said it'll take around 3 hours for the work to be do I had my 40 mile service with bozzani vw last feb. Online scheduling was very easy and fast. They said it'll take around 3 hours for the work to be done. I was given an option to wait in their clean and very accomodating waiting area with free coffee and donuts or be transported home using their shuttle for free. I chose to use their free shuttle. After 3 hours, the work was done, i was picked up. Since it was raining, i was expecting that they wouldnt give me the free car wash but i still asked if they at least did vacuum my car. They said they did but when i checked it, it was not vacuumed. Got very disappointed and reported it. David, the service director was very accommodating. He offered to perform a complimentary detailing and refunded some of the labor cost that i paid. I am giving them 5 stars for that. More

I went to Bozzani first to get my feelers out. Everything went well, but I still wanted to see what other dealerships (I don't mess around when it comes to money; I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay.) My next stop was another VW dealership. Let's just say I called them on their bluff uring the negotiation process. I don't know about you but I don't have time for BS! So, I went back to Bozzani to buy my car. Ever since then, I have always driven out of my way to have my car serviced at Bozzani. The employees are polite, professional, and honest--they've even told me when I don't need a particular service! Rick, Ruben, Charles, and Jesse truly are class acts! Not to mention their facility is always clean and comfortable whenever I wait on-site to have my car serviced. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service, which I've used several times. I'm new to the VW club I recently purchased my VW from Bozzani, and love the car so much! I went in for my first oil change service and left headlight change. I was helped b I recently purchased my VW from Bozzani, and love the car so much! I went in for my first oil change service and left headlight change. I was helped by Charles and it went great. I was in and out within less then an hour. The location is great, there is a Starbucks, Jack n the Box even an IHOP within walking distance. So you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for your car. I took my daughter and they were sweet to her offering water and candy. I will def come back for future services. More
