Coming back to this dealer due to horrendous experiences at McKenna motors in Cerritos. Purchased my new car at McKenna because of inventory at the time, was the biggest mistake I've made putting my trust in the hands of their staff. Numerous instances of miscommunication and lack of professionalism with the younger staff. Lesson learned, I apologize for the rant. Bozzani will be where I go from now on. Service staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Made my appointment with Ruben Sandoval, took care of me right away! My car was ready within the hour and was even willing to drop me off at a local gym while I waited! Thank you Ruben for making me feel at home and welcomed at your dealership!
