The guys that work behind the scene, the guys that you never see, also deserve a lot credit for doing a good repair job. They make the front guys look good! The price is honest and clear. I also had a very good sale experience at Bozzani VW. I brought three cars in 2008, and they are all working great due the service guys! More

Service I have been working with Reuben and Jesse for over three (3) years now and they are absolutely the nicest and most helpful people in the Auto service industry you will ever meet. I drive an extra over three (3) years now and they are absolutely the nicest and most helpful people in the Auto service industry you will ever meet. I drive an extra 20 miles to go to the Bozzani Volkswagen (I live in Pasadena) because the service is so much better. On the other hand, the PASADENA Volkswagen is run like an asylum where the inmates have taken over and been given a box of Tequila bottles. No one knows who you are, or cares for that matter. They sit there babbling amongst each other while I am just standing there waiting for service and when the get busy, forget it. Needless to say, even if my car needed something and I was literally in front of the Pasadena Volkswagen, I WILL NOT GO IN THERE!!! I would much rather walk 20 miles to Bozzani or call them to pick me up. More
