The staff in the service dept. are all very helpful and friendly. I took my Jetta in for service in the morning and waited in a very comfortable customer lounge which included wireless access and free bott friendly. My car was ready in a reasonable length of time and received a free wash and vacuum before being released to me. The cashier, the mechanic and even the guys in the parts dept. all contributed to a very painless experience. It's not the closest dealer to my home, but it's worth the extra drive for the excellent service! More
