Once again Bozzani showed me why I will be going back there when I get a new car. I had to have service done when a check engine light came on, on my Jetta. Reuben was nice and updated me on the status of my car to let me know it would take longer than expected because they found a related part that needed to be replaced. While I was killing time in the showroom, the sales manager Jerry Tomeo walked by and asked how I was doing and if I was there to buy another car. Not sure how he remembered that I had bought my Jetta there a year earlier and wasn't a new customer. When I am ready to get a new car, I will definitely be getting it at Bozzani. More

Excellent dealer to have maintenance or purchase a new or used car. Very good customer service. And if they make a mistake, they stand behind it and don't make you have to worry.
