After careful diagnosis, it was determined that the engine and clutch pack would need to be replaced…the car had barely 50K miles on it and I was shocked! But, Charles assuaged my fears and explained that he had received authorization to replace the parts under warranty. Charles assured me that everything would be taken care of and, in a courteous and professional manner, took great care of me every step of the way! I was provided with a very nice loaner vehicle and given regular updates by Charles on the status of the vehicle and the projected completion date. This major work was completed in a relatively short period of time and I couldn’t be more pleased…it practically drives like a brand new vehicle. I am grateful to Bozzani for standing behind their product and employing caring and qualified people like Charles Liautaud to deliver quality customer service. More

Taking my vehicle for servicing has always been a good experience. Scheduling is very convenient. For two months I struggled with the "malfunction light" on, took it five times in, quite stressful, but experience. Scheduling is very convenient. I've been mostly helped by Mr. Santos, he's very helpful, pleasant and makes sure customers are taken care of. They went out of their way to make sure I went home in my sparkly V.W. Passat SE. I felt safe driving off in my car knowing that it had been in the hands of professionals who took pride in their company.
