My service appointment was cancelled twice on the same day of seevice, first time they don’t have enough staff, second time they don’t have the piece. Left our window down overnight during up to 100 mph Santa Ana winds. Car was filthy inside. When I was pointed out, they made some attempt to clean it, but it certainly wasn’t as clean as when we took it in. Ana winds. Car was filthy inside. Which was more than the other dealer would do for my friend. The loaner car was close to empty with a red light coming on before we got home. Still waiting for the app to show that the software update and door handle recall repairs were done, but hopefully that’s just the app being slow to update. But at least the service needed dash notification was updated for once which many times they’re not able to do. They also never give an estimate for work to be done like a 60,000 mile service. Acura always gave an estimate when we dropped the car off. More

My wife took in my daughters car for an oil leak. I bought the extended used car warranty and of course the job is not covered by the warranty. They diagnosed it as an oil separating unit. Every seal I bought the extended used car warranty and of course the job is not covered by the warranty. They diagnosed it as an oil separating unit. Every seal and oil system is xovered except this oil seperating unit. They quoted $800 to fix it. $250 being parts $500 in labor. The installation and removal is literally a 30 minute job laborwise. I feel they tried to prey on my wife and daughter. That puts their shop rate at $1100 an hour. Absolute robbery! Very unhappy!! More

I brought car in for an issue with having no response when leaving a stopped position. They could not find any thing wrong. The car still does not respond when leaving from stopped position.
