I recently went to Bozzani Volkswagen for my 10,000 mile check up. From the time I arrived until I left I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I was interested in the posted pictures of Bozzani which showed the story of how the company started and was successful and grew to be what it is today. Rueben Sandoval was very knowledgeable and proud to share of the companies success.Time went so fast and before I know it my car was ready. They went out of their way to make sure I went home in my sparkly V.W. Passat SE. I felt safe driving off in my car knowing that it had been in the hands of professionals who took pride in their company. I do recommend any one to shop and buy a good quality new car that services with excellent customer service. I felt I was part of the Bozzani family. I hope you will be too. I have a good experience with Bozzani. This is 6 cars that I lease from VW, the last one was in Bozzani, previously I use Riverside and Ontario VW . I have a 2007 VW Jetta and I didn't know I had locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I c locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I could purchase a key to unlock them- they are 50 dollars online. The service person told me to come in and they would take them off for free and if I wanted, I could just get regular nuts to replace them. I went in and they took them off and replaced them with nuts that were only 20 dollars. They refused to charge me for service even though they did all the work. I was so impressed that I went back to get an oil change and some minor repair work on my car. They noticed I have a slow oil leak on a connection to another part, but informed me that it wasn't serious and I should wait until more work needed to be done in that area, since many parts would need to be disconnected and it would be expensive to repair. They SAVED me money by being honest and letting me know that it could wait until something else needed to be done. I have never had service so fast, respectful and honest. They even washed and detailed my car for free after the service! They have made me a lifelong customer because they go above and beyond what a dealership usually does to retain clientele. More

The new Service Express is great - you know you are getting quality service, at a great price and you're are in and out quickly - it's fantastic. A true indication of what a great service department Bozzani has shows on my Beetle's odometer - over 219,000 miles and still running like a champ. I brought my new WV Jetta in for a routine service. I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. I was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the work, so I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. An hour and half later the service rep came in and told me the car was ready to go (including car wash). Not a bad way to spend a morning. More

Since my purchase I have returned to have my first car check up and was a bit nervous not knowing anything about cars and was immediately attended by Mr. Sandoval and told me they would take care of things I didn't have to worry . Well the same day within a short time they checked everything and went away worry free and delighted that my car had been thoroughly taken care of. They did quality work as I immediately noticed the car was running smooth and I felt safe in my car knowing that these professionals handled everything just fine.
