Service was excellent across the board!!! I live in San Diego but when I was looking to buy a car (3 years ago) Bozzani was the only dealership that had the exact car I wanted so I drove the 2 I live in San Diego but when I was looking to buy a car (3 years ago) Bozzani was the only dealership that had the exact car I wanted so I drove the 2 hours and bought the car I wanted. Fast forward 3 years later - my car dies in the middle of a busy intersection in San Diego. I do the research to find out what the issue is, then call numerous dealerships in the area to see how they will fix it. Mind you, at this time I'm just outside of the warranty period but the issue I incurred was an issue that VW was well aware of. So, thinking that it might fall under the warranty, I call Bozzani. I didn't even have to convince them that it should be covered under the warranty. Jesse knew exactly what the issue was and stated, that if I could get the car up to their shop, they would get it fixed for little to no cost to me. Bingo - music to my ears - someone who wasn't going to play the 'gee we won't know until we see it' game. Due to this one interaction, i will be forever loyal to Bozzani - I'm more than willing to drive a couple of hours to get quality service. Thank you Jesse for being such a great partner in this with us!!!! More

I can't say enough nice things about these people...whether it was an emergency or a scheduled appointment Jesse and Rueben have always been courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my car is running at maximum efficiency. Unlike some repair shops, I don't leave feeling like I've been talked down to, overpaid, or did not have my car serviced to my satisfaction. My next car will be bought and serviced at Bozzani. More
