During my most recent visit for a brake service Charles Liautaud was my service consultant and provided excellent service. David Kelsey, Service Manager, came to check if everything was good when it came to pay and offered me an additional service coupon discount as well. I can always count on Bozzani to meet or exceed my expectations. I have told others about their excellent service and now my girlfriend takes her VW there as well after a poor experience with another VW dealership in Ontario. Keep up the great work guys! Two individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with at Bozzani are Charles in Service and Tony in Sales. Charles provides excellent customer service. He worked out a fantastic deal for us and we have been very happy with our lease. We liked working with him so much that we sent our friends to him to buy a vehicle as well. We are looking forward to returning to Bozzani when our next lease is up to see what great deals they have. We will certainly look to work with Tony again. More

Brought my car in for airbag light, service consultant offered to let me borrow a car, because they weren't able to fix my car the same day. Very convinient on their behalf! Bozanni received the rating it did due to in the past few months, overall i have been more pleased with their service department than the service department where i initially bought my 2010 Jetta Sportsw few months, overall i have been more pleased with their service department than the service department where i initially bought my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI. When I first came to the Bozzani service department it was due to i needed my TDI serviced "NOW" and couldn't risk driving it to my usual dealer. Charles, Ruben, and Jesse have been great advisors and a relationship of trust/honesty (something i haven't seen at too many dealerships). The customer relations are wonderful; everyone knows me when i arrive. Above all, if Ruben can deal with my nephew (i made the mistake of sending in my place a couple of times), Ruben can handle any sort of customer. :-) More
